Rates:
1-4"- one rate
4-6"- the rate above is doubled
6" or more- based dependent on the snowfall. (There may be snow on top of the ice.) This does not happen very frequently in the "Queen City"
Priority Service:
We are there within the first few hours of accumulation of 2 inches or more.
Monthly fee (varies depending on lot size)whether it snows 1 inch or 30 inches.
We will keep clearing the property until the snow is finished and there are no "slippery spots".
Will-Call Service:
There is no monthly fee.
No guarantee of when we will be there as we have customers whom are paying for priority service.
