Seeding, Hydroseeding & Sodding

Turf Sod. Good quality turf sod can form an established lawn in 3-8 weeks. Your new sodded lawn will need tender care and watering until it is established in your soil. Our sod is fresh, green, healthy, and appropriately moist. To schedule a whole or partial lawn for sodding, please contact us at least a week in advance as sod lawns should be installed within 24 hours of being harvested.

Seeded Lawn. Seeding your lawn provides beauty and protects against erosion. We use the best seed available, a top quality fescue mix with a proven success factor for our dramatic climate shifts in southern Ohio and the tri-state area. We recommend a mix of grasses to ensure year-round success and prevent problems from drought or disease. Our seed is always fresh and intended for use in the calendar year it is installed. Great results require scheduled watering and mowing as well as weed control and fertilization.
